As the company embarks on its growth journey, it is seeking a competent and dedicated professional to join as the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer.

Position Details:

  • Position/Designation: Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer
  • Maximum Age: 45 years
  • Qualification: Commerce graduate from a UGC recognized university, a member of ICSI, and additional qualifications like ICWA, ACA, MBA (Finance), and LLB are advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Company Secretary in Public/Private sector undertaking/Bank/NBFC/FIs, with preference given to those with experience in HFCs/NBFCs handling compliance and accounts.

Eligibility Criteria and Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, LODR regulations, RBI/NHB regulations for housing finance companies, and other statutory guidelines for NBFCs in India.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Candidates with pending disciplinary actions or punishment in the last 5 years will not be considered eligible.

Location and Reporting:

  • Location: Corporate Office, Mumbai
  • Reporting Authority: Managing Director

Remuneration:

  • Minimum Salary (CTC): Rs. 12 Lacs per annum, with increments based on experience, up to a maximum of Rs.15 Lacs per annum.
  • Annual increments as per company policy.

Selection Procedure:

  • Selection will be through an interview conducted by the Interview Committee appointed by the Board.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
