  • The recruitment is for the position of Manager (Credit Analyst) in Middle Management Grade - Scale III.
  • The vacancies are distributed among SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and UR categories.

Educational Qualification and Post-Qualification Experience:

  • Candidates must have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
  • Additionally, they should possess an MBA (Finance)/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS (Finance)/CA/CFA/ICWA.
  • The minimum post-qualification experience required is 3 years in Corporate Credit as an executive in Supervisory/Management role in a Scheduled Commercial Bank/Associate or Subsidiary of a Scheduled Commercial Bank or in a Public sector or listed financial institution company.
  • Experience in high-value credit is mandatory, and experience in the appraisal/assessment of credit proposals of medium/large Corporates is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • The responsibilities include various tasks related to the pre-sanction stage, such as ensuring compliance with KYC norms, appraising credit proposals, obtaining and verifying legal search reports/valuation reports of properties, and more.

Grade, Probation Period & Remuneration:

  • The selected candidates will be placed in Middle Management Grade Scale – III with a probation period of 2 years.
  • The pay scale for the position is Rs. 63840-1990/5-73790-2220/2-78230.
  • The remuneration package includes various benefits such as DA, HRA, CCA, Provident Fund, Contributory Pension Fund, Leave Fare Concession (LFC), Medical Facility, and other perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.
